San Francisco residents since 1984, we have more than 40 years’ combined experience as Realtors working in the city. In 1993 we joined McGuire Real Estate, where we’ve been a top-producing team every year since 1994.

Paul, a McGuire Partner, brings to his job considerable skills in negotiating and problem-solving, gleaned from years of experience as a small business owner and as a psychologist. Cynthia’s background is in public relations and marketing, gathered from a degree in journalism, work as a newspaper editor, and jobs in public relations and communications.

Our business as Realtors was originally founded on sales of condominiums in the northern tier of the city to professionals working downtown. Over the years, we’ve followed our clientele to other neighborhoods and property types as our clients’ needs have changed. We now focus on the sale of homes, condominiums, two-unit buildings and investment properties in the best locations throughout town, with a special listing emphasis on the Richmond district of San Francisco. This includes not only the avenues north of Golden Gate Park, but also the Lake Street, Sea Cliff and Lone Mountain areas.

We strive to educate clients about the market and the buying/selling process, so they can make informed and appropriate decisions. Likewise, we ask our customers to educate us – about needs and resources – so we can best act on their behalf. Our dedication to the concept of “clients for life” has resulted in a happy and loyal clientele. We hope you’ll contact us to learn more about how we can assist you.

Cynthia Cummins

I’ve been happily serving sellers and buyers in San Francisco since 1987.  A perennial top producer, I list and sell homes, condos and small residential buildings throughout the city.
My commitment to my sellers and buyers has resulted in a satisfied clientele who call on me any time they need help with real estate.  I always put my customers’ needs and wishes before my own.  I listen attentively, answer truthfully and bring my experience and intuition to every interaction.
Yes, throughout my career I’ve been one of the top agents in San Francisco, but that tells only part of my story.  Asked to speak about my attributes, my clients will tell you of the rewards they’ve reaped because of my counsel and skill set.  But they will also speak highly of my trustworthiness, kindness and affability.  Their good opinion is what I value most in my busy career.
I love my job!
